CMS were appointed by the developer, Osborne Wild Yatton Keynell Ltd, to carry out full detail design for this development consisting of 9 new build individually designed 2 to 4 bed dwellings and 4 barn conversions. The site is in a sensitive location within the village of Yatton Keynell and the scheme incorporated several areas of Public Open Space for use by the local community.
