CMS was established in August 1988 by Paul R Coleman, to provide Project Management and Construction Management services. In May 1993 William Durman RIBA joined the company, since which time the Architectural services have been significantly promoted and increased to cater for the demanding and often complex projects. The company was then incorporated in October 1994.

Our first office was at 'The Institute', Box Hill, the former Village Hall.

CMS relocated to it's current office at 51-53 High Street, Corsham in 1996 eventually expanding further to include 47-49 High Street.

Since 1994 CMS, on a resources level, has grown from three with Peter Blake joining in 1994 to the current staffing exceeding forty, with Ian White joining in 1995, Richard Helliar joining 1998 and John Menage in 2004.

Surgery Developments Ltd was formed for the purpose of providing quality leasehold surgery accommodation for general medical practitioners and other medical facilities.

Perfect Rooms is the trading name of the interior design section of CMS Bath Ltd, also situated in High Street Corsham and headed by Sue Coleman.

These services are generally provided integral with the appointment of CMS or can be provided as a stand alone service. Services provided are for Commercial, Leisure and Health Sectors.
