Landmarque, Bowden Hill, Lacock

CMS originally secured a planning consent for the Residential Development at Landmarque, Bowden Hill in 2002. A fresh application to construct 4 No Huf Haus properties was formally approved in July 2006. These upmarket timber frame houses, notable for their dark timber beams and expanse of glazed panels create a striking contemporary feel.
