This project consists of four main elements; Residential Flats, Doctor's Surgery, Dispensary and Highway Improvements.

The concept for the flats is to be a compact, efficient form that addresses its corner location whilst replicating the surrounding styles and materials in order to enhance the character of the conservation area.

The concept behind the surgery building is two rectangular structures, one solid and one open, arranged side by side representing the private and public areas.

The dispensary is perceived as another solid element of the composition.

We are currently week 36 of a 52-week contract.
