CMS were appointed by Crest
Nicholson South West to
provide the detail design
service for a residential
development consisting of 78,
2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses of
both two and three storey
together with 60, 1 and 2
bedroom apartments.
The form of construction
utilized structurally insulated
panels, as there was a
requirement to exceed the
thermal requirements of the
building regulations by a
considerable margin, together
with the desire for a sustainable
development that would meet
the requirements of Eco Homes.
