CMS originally secured planning consent for a residential development
at Arnolds Farm in 2002. Following an exchange of ownership a fresh application to construct four Huf Haus properties was submitted by CMS as lead consultant and formally approved in July 2006.
The services of CMS were retained as Lead Consultant, Project Management and CDM Coordinator for the procurement of the groundworks and landscape works whilst the buildings were erected by Huf Haus.
