Chartered quantity surveyor

Colin Pugh obtained his membership into the Royal Institute of
Chartered Surveyors in 1990 and now specialises in sustainable
housing solutions.

Before joining CMS in 2005, Colin headed a team of quantity surveyors
in a local multi-disciplinary practice, providing  traditional quantity
surveying, project management and employers agent services.

Colin’s experience within the construction industry has seen him
involved  in a varied array of sectors including health, commercial
and educational projects and  in the past heading the QS team for
the multi-award winning Eco-Homes project in Langport, Somerset.

Sara Wade
Financial manager

Sara is the Financial Manager of CMS and one of the longest serving
members of the company.

Her dedicated financial knowledge within the role makes her a core
member of the company's business structure. Her experience ranges
from working within a variety of business sectors from Recruitment,
Shipping, The Brewery Industry, Advertising and Architectural
Practices
