Conversion and extension of infants school to form a modern medical premises.

The site being located in a conservation area resulted in the Planning department requesting a contemporary design to contrast with the characteristics of the old school building. This was achieved by using modern materials with slender detailing which resulted in emphasising the main facade of the original building.

CMS Provided the full service of Architect, Project Management  and Quantity Surveying,from inception through to completion.
